These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Connexus website, including connexusdeck.com (the "Website"), and your purchase and use of Connexus products and related content.

Connexus is operated by AWforLife Corp. Throughout these Terms, "Connexus," "we," "us," and "our" refer to AWforLife Corp. and the Connexus brand operated by it.

By accessing our Website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through our Website.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Connexus Products

Connexus offers physical relationship products, including the Connexus Couples Card Deck, as well as related digital resources, videos, challenges, educational content, and other materials.

We may add, modify, discontinue, or update products and content at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other information. Actual product colors, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly from images displayed online.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or product errors, inventory limitations, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout where possible.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

Physical Connexus products are fulfilled and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider, currently Vervante.

When you place an order, information necessary to fulfill your purchase, such as your name, shipping address, contact information, products ordered, and other relevant order details, may be provided to our fulfillment provider.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided to you so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and other applicable factors and will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Although we use a third-party provider to fulfill and ship orders, Connexus remains your point of contact for customer-service issues relating to your order.

6. 30-Day Connection Guarantee

Purchases of eligible Connexus Couples Card Decks made directly through our Website are covered by our 30-Day Connection Guarantee.

Use Connexus for 30 days.

If it doesn't spark at least one conversation worth having, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price of the eligible deck.

You can keep the deck.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges are not refundable under the Connection Guarantee.

The Connection Guarantee applies to the original purchaser and may be limited to one refund per customer, household, or order where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information that helps us verify the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may replace the product, refund the applicable amount, or provide another appropriate solution.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Relationship and Educational Disclaimer

Connexus is designed to encourage communication, curiosity, connection, intimacy, and reflection between couples.

Connexus and its associated videos, challenges, exercises, questions, and educational materials are not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for services from an appropriately qualified professional.

Every relationship is different, and we cannot guarantee any particular relationship outcome.

You and your partner are responsible for deciding which questions, conversations, and activities are appropriate for your relationship.

If you are experiencing abuse, threats, violence, coercion, or another situation involving personal safety, Connexus is not a substitute for professional or emergency support.

9. Digital and Bonus Content

Your purchase may include access to bonus videos, educational materials, challenges, or other digital resources.

Unless otherwise stated, this access is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

We may reasonably update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue particular bonus materials over time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Connexus name, card deck, questions, exercises, designs, graphics, videos, written materials, Website content, logos, trademarks, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to AWforLife Corp. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing Connexus gives you the right to use the product for your personal use.

It does not give you the right to reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, sell, license, teach from, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from Connexus materials without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, fulfillment and shipping providers, analytics providers, social-media platforms, and other technology providers.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the operation, content, or independent practices of third-party websites or services.

12. Promotions and Coupon Codes

From time to time, we may offer coupons, discounts, free shipping, promotions, or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time before an eligible order is placed.

Additional terms displayed with a promotion will apply to that promotion.

13. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Website or products to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or reproduce or commercially exploit our intellectual property without authorization.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and related content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AWforLife Corp., Connexus, and their officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Connexus products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

The Terms applicable to a purchase are generally those in effect when the purchase was made, subject to applicable law.
